ABOUT ME
My name is Kathleen Ostertag and I specialize in working with older adults and their caregivers (particularly with a dementia diagnosis), I also have a wealth of experience in working with individuals challenged with such issues as depression, anxiety, bereavement, sexual abuse, retirement, life transitions and end of life issues.
I am skilled in individual and family counseling and utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy, inner child work with a family systems approach. My goal in working with individuals, couples and families is to create a safe place where self exploration can occur and positive and lasting change will be obtained.
